FAQs
Are the cottages pet friendly?
We do offer a few cottages that are pet friendly; we require a $35.00 nonrefundable deposit for the first night and $10.00 non refundable deposit each night after.
What if we will arrive after the clubhouse is closed?
Late arrivals come to the clubhouse. There is a house phone that will call security and they will come right over and get you checked in.
Is there transportation at the resort?
When you check into the clubhouse, just ask the front desk and they will provide local cab companies and their numbers to you.

Who looks after my home resort when I'm not there?
Just as the owners share in the initial purchase price, they also share the cost of maintenance. We establish a management company that operates the resort just as any other hotel or resort property. The management company invoices each owner once a year (maintenance fee), a minimal fee for each week of ownership. That fee is to cover the operating costs and covers the expenses such as property taxes, insurance, water, electricity, housekeeping, repairs and maintenance, linens and laundry, grounds and landscaping, replacing furniture and administration.
