Policies

In addition to the nightly charge, a $200 pet security deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit is refundable at the time of departure barring any unintentional property damage, "accidents", noise complaints, or disobedience of our leash requirement. Should your pet seriously damage any of the cottage furnishings, you will be charged full replacement value.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is prior to 10 am. $25 penalty for each 1/2 hour after 10:00am.

Club House Front Desk hours are 7:00am to 11:00pm - should the guest be arriving late, they should contact the front desk in advance to make alternative arrangements.

Nightly rental reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the check-in date to avoid a service charge equivalent to one night's stay.

The Stormy Point Village Pet Policy is as follows:

We at Stormy Point Village understand that pets are an extension of the family and that's why we have designated a number of our cottages as "Pet-Friendly". It is important that you request a "Pet-Friendly" cottage at the time you make your reservation. Pets will not be permitted in other cottages. The fee for a pet is $35 the first night and $10 per night thereafter. Pet fees will be doubled for non-registered pets in a "non pet-friendly" cottage. Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted.

We realize that, especially in unfamiliar settings, dogs will be dogs despite a track record of exemplary behavior. With respect to our other guests, pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse or pool areas (with the exception of guide dogs). We therefore happily allow you to share with your canine companion the creature comforts of your cottage, provided that the following conditions are adhered to:

• Please only bring pets that are 40 lbs or less and that are housebroken and well trained.
• When outside of the cottage, pets must be on a leash and owners must clean up after them.
• Doggie towels are provided under the kitchen sink. Please wipe off wet paws before reentering the cottage.
• No pets on the beds or furniture please.
• When left alone in the cottage, your pet must be crated.
• In the event of barking disturbances, you will be asked to arrange for alternative accommodations for your pet.

Departing Procedures:

Thank you for staying with us at Stormy Point Village ! Departure is prior to 10:00 am on Sunday. Before you leave please place all garbage on the front porch, remove bed linens and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Please fill out your comment cards and return them to the front desk prior to leaving. We hope that you will return to Branson soon! Have a great day, and a safe trip home!
